Returns
Returns are accepted on faulty items only within 14 days of receipt and we only exchange faulty items like for like not for an alternative. We cannot accept returns for any other reason, without exception. All returns must be agreed in advance verbally, or by email. One of our staff will provide you with a returns number. Any returns received without this number will not be actioned.
Conditions:
- The goods must be unused
- The goods must be in their original condition & packaging
- The goods must be received by us within 14 days from the day you receive your order
- Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable (Unless Faulty & Un-worn)
N.B. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable
